All offers of accommodation made by Groody Student Park must be secured by the payment of one months rental fee as a booking deposit.

Preference will be given to current and past residents of the academic year. All other applications will be processed on a lottery basis.

An application for accommodation and is not a contractual agreement.

There is no guarantee that your preferences will be met, however we will do our utmost to fulfill your request.

Full Tenancy Agreement terms and condition will be made available to the students once they have been allocated a room at Groody Student Park.

Cancellation 2024/2025 academic year:

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**

First Year Students:

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. First year applicants must notify us VIA EMAIL no later than 3 days from when the First Round Offers (CAO Offer Day is Day One) are made if they wish to cancel their booking. €250.00 of the booking fee will be returned. Cancellation after the 3rd day will result in Total Loss of Deposit. Any 1st Year Applications cancelled before release of CAO offers will be refunded €400.00.

2ND/3RD/4TH/POST GRAD Students:

Re-bookers – your deposit from 2023/2024 is carried forward into 2024/2025. Should you incur charges following your check out room inspection, you will need to pay a deposit top up charge to ensure your deposit remains at one month’s rental fees for the 2024/2025 academic year. Should you cancel prior to 31st of July 2024 then a cancellation fee of €100 will apply along with charges pending final inspection. Cancellation after this date will result in Total Loss of Deposit.

New Students -Should you cancel prior to 31st July 2024 a €100 cancellation charge will apply. Cancellation after this date will result in Total Loss of Deposit. Cancellation of bookings received from 1st August 2024 will result in Total Loss of Deposit.

Rooms are not secured when deposit is not paid in full.

This Deposit becomes the security deposit once a room has been occupied.
